Why Renewed Body

We want to see everyone succeed in their fitness journey. We offer fitness classes  that challenges all fitness levels. We constantly are creating new content to keep the mind and body renewed.

With years of success and experience. We are capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. We will show you the best equipment to use and will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

A Renewed Body and Mind

We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult yet not impossible. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

Zoom Tabata HIIT Classes (Live)

Classes meet M/W/F 8:45 am-9:15 AM EST

Single session

 These classes include bodyweight exercises, bands, and  dumbbells. You can attend live or get recording.

You can choose to attend all 12 classes live or get the rcordings for all the classes or mix it up. 


Zoom Cycle/Tredmill Classes Live

Classes meet T/Th 8:00-8:30 AM EST

Single sessions

These classes are 30 minute cycle studio type rides with music and instruction.

Join us with any type of stationary bike or treadmill for a great total body workout  that include pushes and hills.
